Currently, she is a writer of children's literature. After 38 years of teaching elementary students, she and her husband are retired and live in Manchester- one of the most beautiful areas in Washington State. They have four children, six grandchildren, and two dogs. She enjoys writing picture books, poetry, STEAM books, and early chapter books.
