VENDOR INSURANCE
There are so many amazing events, venues, and markets where you can share and sell your work in person. Each time there are specific requirements and these are usually outlined in the vendor application. Read those instructions carefully. For example: tents and canopies need to be fire-resistant (and bear the tag). Fire extinguishers are often required. If you are trying to sell cooked food along with your artistic creations there are going to be a whole host of other rules.
When you participate in an event with KLAW, Mark Miller has looked into the specific requirements to make sure that we are in compliance. If you find an event to participate in, you can absolutely sign up for them on your own. However, if you are wanting to do this under the KLAW liability umbrella, please make sure the request goes to Mark. Your own homeowner's or umbrella insurance policy might offer the liability insurance you need.
